Fundamentals and technique work for high school offensive linemen

Here at the OH Line Academy, we offer extensive weekly training for both high school and middle school offensive linemen. However, we recognize that not everybody can commit to that kind of regimen. Most athletes (and parents) are faced with incredibly busy schedules in the off-season. Even if football is your main sport, many football players are multi-sport athletes. For those athletes, the will to continue training for football may be there, but the schedule just isn't.

That is why we are excited to announce we are offering Open O-Line Training sessions each Saturday morning for middle school and high school! These 1-hour training sessions are perfect for those athletes who want to train with us, but may have conflicting schedules with our weekly groups. It is also a great resource for any athlete who is looking to get an extra hour of training in per week.

Sign up is easy! Just follow the links below to register for your appropriate age group.

  • High school: 11am-12pm

  • Middle school: 12pm-1pm

Sessions are capped at 10 athletes on a first come, first-served basis, so make sure to register in advance to secure your spot. Find out more below!
