Athletic development for middle school football players
A CRUCIAL TIME FOR DEVELOPMENT
Athletic development is the key to success for any young athlete. For middle school athletes, building an athletic foundation of speed, agility, quickness, stability and strength is absolutely crucial. Size helps when you play on the line of scrimmage, but if you aren't an athlete, you'll struggle to put that size to good use.
REACH YOUR ATHLETIC POTENTIAL
Athleticism is the biggest determining factor for success on the football field. Simply put, successful players are great athletes, and great athletes aren't just born great - they are developed. In order to execute the physical tasks of the game of football, you must be able to bend, cut, accelerate, decelerate, and produce force.
Our Athletic Foundations program is solely focused on making your son a better athlete so he can fully display his skillset on the field.
This program is available all off-season and open to football players of ALL POSITIONS.
What We Work On
Speed, agility, and quickness
Acceleration and deceleration
Proper lifting technique
Monthly training commitment
60 minute training sessions
1-2 training sessions per week (see below)
