As a young athlete, you hear all the time that what you put into your body matters. This is pretty straightforward, but many athletes and even parents don't have the understanding or support to properly fuel their body for performance and growth as an athlete. Additionally, it's easy to get intimidated by the assumption that a nutrition plan will be complicated, costly, and time consuming, or that it will require you to choke down the same bland meal from now on.  

 

At The OH Line Academy, we help young athletes and parents make sense of nutrition. From educational material covering frequently asked nutrition questions, to personalized nutrition guidance and planning.

We believe our job as coaches is to develop offensive and defensive linemen in ALL aspects, not just proper technique. Therefore, basic nutrition concepts are included in all of our high school programs and include advice on protein intake, creatine use, hydration, and examples of what foods to eat.

 

For the athlete and parent looking for a more personalized approach, we offer custom nutrition planning  that is personalized to your son's needs and goals, including macronutrient recommendations, meal tracking, and weekly check-ins with a coach.
