Make no mistake about it,
STAY CONSISTENT OVER YOUR BREAK

Beyond the field, athletes learn the routines, habits, and accountability required at the next level. From film and meetings to daily preparation. The objective is not just to train, but to prepare athletes to arrive at college understanding what is expected of them and how to continue operating within a college football environment.
