The defensive line is the bedrock of any successful defense. The best defensive linemen are aggressive, have incredible footwork, and know how to use their hands. These skills don't happen by accident - they must be trained and repeated over and over in the off-season.

More Than a One Day Camp
Each year, thousands of defensive linemen attend hundreds of D-Line camps across the country. Most of these camps are either a one or two-day camp at a college or a celebrity camp led by a famous NFL player whom you get to take a picture with. These camps may be a good opportunity to showcase your talents or meet your favorite player for a few minutes, but they do not DEVELOP you as a defensive lineman.
Development as a player requires consistent effort, repetitive practice, and personalized coaching. This is why at The OH Line Academy, our programs focus on building a solid set of fundamentals in a small group setting and are available all off-season.
