WHAT WE DO
The OH Line Academy is a complete training program for high school and middle school offensive and defensive linemen.
We provide services for every aspect of the game. Learn the fundamentals of dominating the line of scrimmage with our skill and drill programs. Improve your strength, athleticism, speed and agility with our strength and conditioning. We also offer in-season film study, nutrition and injury prevention.
Our programs help turn young men into mature, confident, well-rounded players who can excel both on the field and off.

To do this, we focus on improving the power, agility, and speed of our players by teaching them the most advanced techniques in offensive and defensiv line play.

SKILL TRAINING
The offensive and defensive line are the most important positions on a football team. Even though skill positions like quarterbacks or wide receivers get most of the glory, a strong line is where the success of any football team begins.

Every position in football has plenty of access to private football coaches during the offseason. Every one except the line, that is. The OH Line Academy exists because we saw training opportunities for every position except for linemen. As the game of football continues to develop, players are bigger, faster, and stronger, and the demand for better linemen is crucial to a team's success, yet in the competitive atmosphere of Columbus, OH, there have been no options for young linemen to develop in the off-season.
HOW WE TRAIN
The days of the slow, overweight, unathletic linemen are gone - today's linemen are explosive, powerful, and agile and incorporates a wide skillset of technique, footwork, aggression, and athleticism to compete on the line of scrimmage.
Good linemen are skilled athletes that require precise and detailed training. Unlike other positions on the field that can get away with raw talent, no one is born knowing how to take a correct pass set - it is a perishable, skill that needs to be trained incessantly.

In fact, linemen are often the most difficult position and demands detailed technique.

Need some help? Have some questions?
We recommend new athletes and their parents schedule a consult call before signing up for training. Although not required, this call is always a great opportunity to ask any questions and learn more about our programs before signing up for training.
